About this course

The Nozomi Networks Advanced Troubleshooting (NNAT) course builds upon our foundational Certified Engineer (NNCE) course to provide a deeper dive into Nozomi Networks. This on-demand version is an adaptation of our popular one-day virtual instructor-led training and includes hands-on labs in a virtual lab environment. 

Prior NNCE course attendance and NNCE Certification is required before registering for this course.

This course will equip you with a deeper understanding of the tasks involved in Nozomi Networks Platform Administration including Guardian™, and Central Management Console™ (CMC).

Upon Completion of this NNAT course, you will be able to:

  • Provide Tier2 level support on Nozomi Networks products
  • Use standard FreeBSD command and Nozomi command available in Nozomi Networks appliances
  • Describe Guardian/CMC Process, Guardian/CMC Connection, and Guardian/CMC OS Directory Structure
  • Effectively read, comprehend, and use N2OS Guardian folders and logs
  • Validate the N2OS Guardian processes are working correctly
  • Perform backups, restores, and create support files effectively
  • Troubleshoot common, recurring issues and questions
  • Apply tips for effectively managing alerts

At the end of the course you will have the option of writing your NNAT Certification Exam.
