Nozomi Networks Advanced Troubleshooting (NNAT) - Public Session

This is the standard 1-day NNAT Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) for Customers and Partners.

• You will be able to select the event dates of your choice after you purchase a seat in this training (see the Registration Steps Overview below).
• Nozomi Networks Partners should select the course listing from within the Partner Portal to register for this course.  
• Prior attendance in our Nozomi Networks Certified Engineer on-demand or instructor-led session plus NNCE certification is required to register.

REGISTRATION STEPS OVERVIEW

1. The session dates run about once a month in each region, per the published global calendar (session previews are shown above).
2. You will be able to select the region and the session dates during the check-out process.  
3. Pre-purchase is required to reserve a seat in this course. We have two purchase options: Credit Card or Purchase Order.
4. Channel and Alliances Partners are invited to work with your Partner Manager to use the Purchase Order option to secure partner pricing.

CREDIT CARD OPTION

• • • If you choose to pay via Credit Card, you can enter your card number after you select your course dates on the next page.

PURCHASE ORDER OPTION

• • • If you choose to use a Purchase Order, we will send you an enrollment code when we receive the PO.
    • You must have your enrollment code to continue with registration.
    • Once you receive your enrollment code from us, you can choose your region and session dates on the next page.

The Nozomi Networks Advanced Troubleshooting course builds upon the NNCE course to provide a deeper dive into Nozomi Networks. It is a one-day virtual instructor-led training and includes hands-on labs in a virtual lab environment. Prior NNCE course attendance and NNCE Certification is required before attending this course.

This course will equip you with a deeper understanding of the tasks involved in Nozomi Networks Platform Administration including Guardian™, Central Management Console™ (CMC), and Vantage™.

Upon Completion of this NNAT course, you will be able to:

• Provide Tier2 level support on Nozomi Networks products
• Use standard FreeBSD command and Nozomi command available in Nozomi Networks appliances
• Describe Guardian/CMC Process, Guardian/CMC Connection, and Guardian/CMC OS Directory Structure
• Effectively read, comprehend, and use N2OS Guardian folders and logs
• Validate the N2OS Guardian processes are working correctly
• Perform Backup & Restore and Update or Create Support Files
• Describe recurrent issues and questions Manage Alerts
